Increased digitalization and networking raises customer expectations, who demand fast and easy access to product information that is both relevant and up-to-date. Multimedia content is indispensable, especially for complex products that require in-depth explanation. Finding an appropriate solution may at first appear deceptively simple with the wide range of hardware and software options available. As project managers, conceptual designers and implementers, we faced the challenge of integrating existing data sources for product information into an internationally operating corporate world together with our client.
